Yoga By Nicola - Hatha / Zen classes are suitable for all levels and beginners welcome!

Yoga increases strength and flexibility and is excellent for toning of the muscles. It increases lubrication of the joints, ligaments and tendons. The yoga postures and asana's gently stretch muscles and joints as well as massaging the various organs, yoga ensures the optimum blood supply to various parts of the body. Yoga increases connection with you mind and body.

The class always ends with a blissful relaxation of about 5-10 minutes, a great way to let go of any stress and tension from your day, allowing the muscles to relax and restore after the yoga practice.
